Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
The CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Washington Guarantee
We stand behind every duct run we clean, every register we seal, and every photo we deliver. Since 2013, we’ve served more than 52,000 homes, and we’ve done it under one rule: the work isn’t finished until it’s documented, priced in writing, and backed by our 365-Day Done Right Promise. For Washington homeowners, that means no manager-approval runarounds, no hidden charges after the crew leaves, and no wondering whether the job was actually done. You get a written price before we touch a single panel, a photo record from inside every duct run, and a guarantee that travels with the job - not with the mood of whoever answers the phone.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every duct run, plenum, and register. If a connection we sealed develops a leak, a register we reinstalled sits loose, or any part of our cleaning leaves debris where it shouldn’t be, we return and correct it under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. Haven Standard Clause 1 requires the written price; Clause 5 requires the work to match what was priced.
- Parts and equipment we handle or install. When we replace a section of flex duct, install a Honeywell or Aprilaire air quality component, or apply Guardsman sanitizing treatment, the parts are covered for proper installation. We don’t extend manufacturer warranties we don’t control, but we do guarantee that what we installed was installed correctly and with the right materials for your system.
- Cleanup and property protection. Our crews use drop cloths, corner guards, and negative-pressure extraction machines (high-suction vacuums that pull debris out rather than letting it escape into your home) to contain the mess. If we track dust through a hallway, scratch a floor, or leave a single screw behind, that’s on us to fix. The photo record includes shots of the work area before we start, so there’s no dispute about condition.
- On-time arrival and communication. We confirm your appointment with a named technician and a two-hour window. If we’re running behind, we call. If your technician isn’t who we said they’d be, we explain why before they knock. Haven Standard Clause 3: Verified Crews means background-checked, uniformed technicians identified by name - not day-laborers borrowed from another trade.
- Honest, whole-system pricing with no per-vent bait-and-switch. The price we write down before work starts is the price you pay. We don’t quote $89 over the phone and arrive with a $600 invoice. We don’t charge per register or per linear foot after we’ve seen the basement. One flat price per system, agreed in writing, with the scope spelled out: how many duct runs, what access points, what equipment, what deliverables. That’s Haven Standard Clause 1, and it’s been non-negotiable since Tomas Reyes took the first call in 2013.
Our Satisfaction Promise

If something about the job isn’t right, you don’t need to convince three people and hope for a callback. Here’s how it works: you tell us what happened, we pull your job record - the written scope, the before-and-after photos, the technician’s notes - and we schedule a return visit. No “let us look into it.” No “we’ll see what we can do.” The 365-Day Done Right Promise is a written guarantee, not a policy that expires when a manager goes on vacation.
We’ve had homeowners call because a room wasn’t getting airflow after we left. The photo record showed a damper we’d noted as stuck open during the initial inspection; the customer hadn’t known it was there. We explained what we’d found, showed the photo, and fixed the damper at no charge because we hadn’t flagged it clearly enough in the written summary. That’s the standard. We’ve also had calls where the issue was unrelated to our work - a failing blower motor, a thermostat programmed wrong - and we still walk the homeowner through what we’re seeing, because the promise is about the relationship, not just the transaction.
The guarantee lives in your job folder: written scope, written price, photo record, and guarantee language, all together. If you sell your home, the paperwork transfers. If you call us two years later about a new concern, we pull the history and pick up where we left off.
Before
AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as solid as the business behind it. CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Washington is state-licensed and carries full insurance and bonding - the real financial backing that lets us make promises we can keep. Licensing means we’ve met Washington, DC’s requirements for HVAC and ductwork contractors, including the technical standards for working on systems that move conditioned air through occupied buildings. Insurance means if the unlikely happens - property damage, injury on site, a mistake that affects your home’s systems - there’s coverage in place, not a shrug and a suggestion to call your homeowner’s policy.
We publish our license number on every page, not buried in a footer where you’d need a magnifying glass. Tomas Reyes put it there because he’s been the homeowner on the other side of the door, squinting at a business card and wondering if the number was real. The H.A.V.E.N. Standard requires verification at every step: verified crews, verified equipment, verified coverage. When we say we’re insured and bonded, we mean you can check. When we say we’ll make it right, we mean there’s a business structure behind that promise that will still be here in six months.
Since 2013, we’ve operated under the Haven Standard as an independently owned and operated company - not a franchise, not a rotating brand name, not a lead-generation service dispatching whoever’s available. That continuity matters when you’re holding a guarantee document and need someone to answer for it. The equipment roster hasn’t changed to chase the cheapest supplier. The photo record requirement hasn’t been relaxed to save time. The written price before work starts hasn’t been abandoned because “everyone does it differently now.” These are the conditions under which we work in Washington, and they’re the conditions under which we stand behind what we do.
What We Need From You

The guarantee works best when both sides keep their commitments. For our part, we’ll document what we find, photograph what we did, and put the price in writing before we start. For your part, we ask that you disclose what you know about the system - recent renovations, pest issues, previous ductwork, any mold concerns - so we’re not working blind. The photo record protects both of us: it shows what was there, what we did, and what the system looked like when we left. If you have a competitor’s estimate, bring it. Our Free Second Opinion puts our written number next to theirs, line item by line item, no charge, no obligation.
Call (240) 363-3380 to discuss your system, request your job record from a previous visit, or schedule service with the guarantee built in from the first sentence.
